Start boiling water for the noodles.
Heat up oil in a pan on medium low heat.
Add in the garlic, sesame seeds, and red chili flakes to the pan.
Sauté on medium low heat until the garlic is translucent.
Set your noodles to cook.
Once the noodles are cooked, add them into the pan with your garlic mixture and make sure to set aside some noodle water.
Slowly mix in the noodle water with the miso paste until it forms a creamy sauce-like consistency.
Drizzle the miso sauce over the noodles, mix the sauce through thoroughly, top the noodles with scallions, and enjoy!
